The cons (or room for improvement)- an (1) instructional video or booklet. Spent many hours reading online and searching videos. Never found the simple, step 1= this... some of the literature that was sent didn't pertain to my actual rack and inverter system.

I was in a huge rush and had a very short installation window -December in Maine. I tracked and tracked and tracked that shipment and the expected date of delivery kept changing. I think the truck broke down but the shipper couldn't provide any info. Ultimately I had to get my own truck and drive to the truck to get the shipment. An added expense of about $500 for me and my partner who had to let his crew off half way through the day and get me that truck.

It is definitely the best way to go for the advanced DIYer. I learned a ton and feel confident to do this again with some more panels down the line.

"How can it cost $15 to ship 2 mc4 connectors within the US? That makes no sense. More than the cost of the connectors themselves. Unfortunately, the only place I could find them. If it's available anywhere else, I'll be looking there first"

"If I had some solar knowledge going in Go Green would get a B+ However When I bought this do it yourself kit I emphasized to sales I had zero knowledge going in. I was assured I would be walked through the process step by step. As it turned out not entirely true. Although Dave Donelson is very knowledgeable and will answer any question in a timely manner, You have to know what questions to ask. Luke Roberts the engineer drawing up plans I think is probably young and new as a couple of the same mistakes were made repeatedly. Im sure he,ll be fine in time. There were some delays in the end with a part Im not sure why I wasnt made aware that I would need early on, and some questions on paperwork that should have been answered earlier. All in all Go green was responsive to my concerns and always recovered nicely. Regardless of the couple problems I had, I would still recommend."

GoGreenSolar has been great. from the sales staff. support staff, to the technical staff, all have been extremely helpful and very timely. The entire package including 22 panels and 11 inverters with all necessary hardware was delivered within days of my order. The building permit plans provided were approved in one day. The interconnect contract with the utility is ready and waiting for me to finish the project for final approval.

"GoGreenSolar has a Great microinverter solar system. Kit goes together very easy. Ironridge Flash Foot and racking rail are strong, light weight, easy to install. They integrate nicely with the microinverters and solar panels. The GoGreenSolar team worked hard to research and make the small changes my city/utility required for finial inspection. Would have rated them "Super Excellent" if they included detailed examples of attaching junction boxes/wiring to racking system.
Only took 5 days for me to install a 4k, 16 panel system.
