I had ordered tyco male end connectors for #10 wire and it was listed that way on the order, but somehow the two male ends were for #12 or smaller, thus I had to do a temporary connection in the field and will need to change them out."

"it turns out my item was out of stock. the company called me immediately and advised of a 2-4 week wait. they offered me the option of waiting or canceling the order. I needed the item sooner so I requested the order cancelled. My card was never charged. I would buy from again."

"Not very good. GoGreenSolar bought the parts from Soligent and had them shipped to my house. Soligent twice sent me the wrong part and was confused on the phone as to why I was getting the wrong part. I had to drive to the warehouse of Soligent to point out the difference between Quickmount QMNC and
Quickmount QMSC. I was disappointed having waste two houses of my day. "

"Go Green solar took my order, I got a website confirmation, then Raj emailed me to say that, despite not saying so on the page, their website taking the order, and the giant "free shipping on orders over $400" banner, they couldn't take my order for two solar panels, because they have a five panel minimum. If I wanted five... they'd be happy to blah blah blah shipping cost if we honored what our web site says we'd go out of business cry cry cry. Very bait and switch. I didn't need five, they wouldn't accommodate what I did need, so they cancelled the order.

Was it an honest mistake on their part? Probably. Were they very stand-up about resolving it? No. Will I ever do business with them again? Absolutely not. "
