"I had a bad experience with goknobs.com. I ordered from them in September 2007. My credit card was charged but I forgot about the order. To my surprise it arrived in March 2007. By that time I did not need the items and wanted to return them. I called goknobs.com and requested a return authorization. They promised to send it by e-mail in a couple of days. When an e-mail did not come I called again, and then again, with the same result. More than 6 months had passed since my order, so I could not complain to my credit company either. With no hope to get my money back, my only option to express displeasure with goknobs.com is to write this review."
