"I placed my order on 04/02/10. which consisted of a yasaka yagyu III penhold blade, andro plasma 430 rubber. Did not receive the order untill 4/14/10. I received the right rubber, however sent the wrong blade, After leaving several voice messages to their customer service number finally received a call back..Spoke with Heather and she agreed to correct the order. Sent the racquet back and received the the correct blade with the wrong rubber. not the plasma 430 I orginally ordered,,They did send me a free shirt for my inconvience( with their logo on the back), needless to say I wont be wearing the shirt, and this is my first and LAST order with GOTABLETENNIS.COM..."
