"It had been over a week (going on two weeks) and I still had not received a tracking number - or any communication that let me know the status of my order.
When I called to check on, customer service told me my order was cancelled and that there were no other options. "We appologize," he said.
This is very frustrating. I have lost over a week in productivity without the item I purchased. I spent time researching GoVets to make sure it was legit before placing this order, and then this happened.
