"Placed an order for Xmas and received no confirmation email, nothing about shipping so followed up with company for them to only tell me it’s out of stock and no knowledge of when it’d be back in stock. So I cancelled and then the following day my card is charged for the order. Now have to go through a 10 day waiting period to be refunded for something I cancelled. Nonsense policies and BS. "
