"My company is a VA-Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. So, when we came across GoVets, we were excited to work with such a company. However, after our first transaction, I'm not so sure we'll continue that business relationship. The order process was easy, but then I had to deal with customer service. After several attempts to get a carrier name for our shipment, I was finally told they could not provide one because the supplier ships with their own trucks. However, the Support Specialist was able to give me detailed shipment information. The order tracker page has had the same status "Truck Breakdown" for the last 3 days and has yet to be updated. The order tracker page also shows a carrier and tracking code, yet I'm told by a Support Specialist that they are unable to provide a tracking number or carrier. A simple search of the tracking number and carrier turn up nothing. I have still not received an explanation as to the bogus information contained on the order tracker page. Being able to track our own shipments is vital so that we can keep our customers updated on the status. GoVets not being able to provide tracking information is not a good business practice. Lesson learned."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a wick and replacement wick frame for my humidifier on govet.com. I purchased both items for $51. I received the frame promptly (the frame is only $12 on their website when purchased separately from the wick) which was great but the wick never came. I contacted them over their chat feature because they don’t accept phone calls and explained what happened. They asked me if I wanted to return the item I received and I said no. I would like to keep the frame. I need the frame. But I would simply like the wick sent to me as well that I already paid for. I had to take pictures of the frame I received and the box and email it to them. I did that a week ago and have not heard anything back. I had to go to Lowes and purchase a wick to go in the frame in order for my humidifier to work. So I spend another $25 to buy the wick from Lowes. I would have just bought everything from Lowes and never order anything from govets, but Lowes doesn’t sell the frame that goes around the wick. So I paid $51 for a $12 frame. Because I went to Lowes as well I have $75 wrapped up in a plastic $12 frame and 1 new wick. I could have bought an entire brand new Airecare space saver humidifier for less than $120. I’m furious. Will never be ordering from them again. "

"In two separate orders - ordered 3 "gallon" cans of Acrylic Roof Patching Cement. All three cans were SEVERELY damaged and dented. I've never seen such damaged cans and amazingly they are not leaking.
