"I ordered an item but an hour later canceled…or tried to. They wouldn’t cancel. A day later they printed a shipping label but FEDEX hadn’t received item..and GoVets claimed it was s route. Just such a hassle. I won’t ever order from them again."

"I purchased a printer on February 1st that their website said was in stock. After multiple calls and emails it was discovered that the item was not in stock but should be available again in March. I was given the option to wait until then or take a refund. As it wasn't a huge rush I decided I could wait until March. March comes around and on a Friday evening I am notified that my order is being canceled. This message was sent shortly before the end of their operating hours so despite my quickly replying that I did not want to cancel my order; it was still canceled. When I did hear back from someone on Monday I was told that there was nothing I could do to "re-activate" my order that I had been waiting on. It was instead suggested that I buy a more expensive printer with extra bells and whistles that I didn't need. Because I had been waiting over 50 days for the one I originally ordered I asked if there were anyway that they could give me a discount on the more expensive one and they got back to me with a $5 off coupon. We are now in April and I finally have a working printer all be it a more expensive one than I wanted. It is a good printer and I do not regret the purchase, however I will not be using GoVets again as I do not wish to go through all that hassle again. "
