"On June 14th, I ordered a GameCube component cable from Go Cyber Shop. Since they did not have it in stock, and their system was not configured to notify customers of changes in the order status, I did not learn of the backordered status until 2 weeks later. It was then that I cancelled the order using their online form since I needed the cable immediately.
A month later, to my surprise, I received a component cable at my door; my credit card was billed. After persistent communication with Go Cyber Shop, I learned that their shipping department did not learn of my order cancellation. They finally contacted me and told me that I can ship it back on their account and they'll fully refund me.
Just today (Aug 10), I have received an email notifying that they have received my package and will begin processing my refund. This delay is due to UPS, who billed me for the return shipping costs because this is an international shipment. I hope that I will receive my refund for both the shipping costs and the product.
Maybe I did just happen to order during a time where everybody was on vacation and had a difficult experience. They certainly have improved their communication and customer service to me since my original complaint. I hope you will experience the same improved service as I have.

Unfortunately the shipping department found that the item you ordered was out of stock and had the product availability on the website updated immediately. You had been emailed according to the email log and the website automatically sends an email to the email address you provided when your order status changed. (this is tested and working)
GO CYBER SHOP does not bill your credit card until your item is shipped. To suggest that your information is stolen is slanderous and illogical as you have registered securely. As well, by replying here shows we do not intend to ignore any customer, even the unhappy ones.
Our great comments on Reseller Ratings shows that we have implemented many improvements and listen to our customers to try and improve. We are sorry that the item was out of stock and that you felt the need to go out your way and trash our company. Our apologies that we could not provide the item in time as it was sold out. Our phone number and business hours are posted on the footer of our website - if you are that irate, why not call us?

" At first I was a little concerned as to whether or not I should order from this company, but I went with my gut instinct and decided to do so.
I purchased the PS2 flip top cover with swap magic v3.3 for v4-7 around 10 p.m. pacific time and went for the 1 day shipping due to the fact that it was only ~$5 more. Hoping to not have either of the units back-ordered, I was pleasantly surprised when I received my tracking number on the 24th, with my order to be delivered on the 25th.
When I received the package, it was in a nice bubbly envelope with the units inside a cardboard box. Nicely packed, I thought to myself. When I opened the box, and found the CDs, I immediately checked to see if they were scratched. Unfortunately, the DVD disc had a scratch half the size of a dime. I hurriedly put the dvd into my ps2 to see if it worked, and fortunately, it did. However, I will be returning the dvd to see how their refunding services fare.
Other than that little scare, everything was perfect."

"I ordered a flip top(v4 PS2) and swap magic v3.3 from here. Originally I had my doubts since it was a Canadian company, but the site was VERY US-friendly. It was less expensive here than on any other sites I looked at(some were almost twice the price).
I got express shipping(since it was only like $4-5 more and I was eager), and I got it a couple days later.(I ordered from Bestbuy almost a week before and I still haven't seen that yet).
I originally thought that it would probably be a cheap-plastic PS2 top, but it's actually very sturdy plastic(heavy, like the original PS2 top).
The order was very well padded, and arrived in perfect shape.
Overall, this place seems to have the best price, best service, and seems to be one of the best companies I've ordered from on the net. I know where to come now for my chips once I buy my xbox."

"Ordered a Blaze Scorpion 3 Lightgun from gocybershop. This being my first time ordering online i didn't understand all the processes during the shipping. I sent 2 e-mails using the form and received a response from both within 24 hrs. Everything went smoothly, package was shipped and i received it no problems on wednesday. The only problem i had with this transaction was with UPS updating there site slowly(i got my package on wednesday and it still said that they had received the billing information on the UPS tracking). Also my package was shipped as a next day UPS package when i chose to have it sent standard but i have no complaints with that :). "Okay ive placed a few orders on this site other orders went through great, so all was well, BUt this particular order didnt go so well order on 12/7 it didnt ship until 12/23. It was backordered for part of the time but the main problem was something happened and my Paypal payement didnt get Posted to the order. After several emails one response that said they would look into it. A week after that i finally was able to call during bussiness hours and talk to a live person. She got my order straightened out, all in all i was happy. Mistakes happen sometimes i can forgive, but a shipping upgrade would have made a lot of difference :) ah well my friends can wait until after christmas to get thier stuff they'll survive. Merry christmas, you guys are doing a great job, only suggestion i got is maybe a toll free number, so people who fit into my situation dont have to pay to get the mistake taken care of. "I decided to use gocybershop because they actually respond to reseller ratings and because one of my friends had an excellent experience with them. I did not actually receive my product. The fliptops are on back order and it seems like everyone who sells these are having issues getting them in, so that's no fault of gocybershop. They promptly cancelled my order after my request to. I have not received my paypal amount credited, but I trust that's an oversight and I will update when I do receive it.
Despite not being able to finish my order through to completion, I did have a positive experience with gocybershop. I recommend it to others and will use them in the future.

"Yes, indeed gocybershop did actually pay extra shipping cost, at their own expense, to have my order to me overnight from fedex, being that UPS was on strike in Canada. I am very pleased and this may be one of the easiest and best times ordering online for me. I was concerned about why I couldn't track my order to UPS at first, and this explains it all. Thank you for your generosity gocybershop. I have read through all nine pages of reviews on this online store and I have come to a conclusion: Mistakes are going to happen and can not be avoided.
