"i ordered a swap magic/flip top cover v4-v7 for the ps2 and it said that the product was in stock... so i ordered. I checked the details on the order status after i logged in the next day and now it says that it is back ordered yet it still says that the product is in stock on the website to buy it. it seems that gocybershop responds to these post more quickly than to customer service emails based on the reviews from people before me. I have not yet judged the site but i will keep you informed on how they handle the situation.

to delivery my order. And before they really ship out my order, I send message

“We feel this posting is misleading and not entirely factual, here is our rebuttal why:
1. "Took them a month to delivery my order" -
The customer ordered on August 14th, the product was back-ordered. It restocked and shipped August 24, 2004 – he received August 31, 2004 - tracking number: 1Z 167 RV0 68 6388 170 6 - www.ups.com
We count only 17 days (not a month as customer posted).
He choose standard ground shipping, which from Canada to USA can take up to 10 days to California.

We have no email from him until after the item was shipped. There is a possibility it was not sent using the 'order cancellation' form.
3. “where is my refund?” –
We have the transaction ID for the refund.

We have emails from him we answered.
Unfortunately this transaction just didn't work out as desired.”
"Choose GOCYBERSHOP for “HDLoader” and you won’t go wrong. They shipped me the authenticate “HDLoader”. I am enjoyed playing my PS2 games from the HD now. I am going to refer all my friends to shop from them and definitely would shop from GOCYBERSHOP again in the future. However, if they could allow shipment to a different address other than my billing address only. That will be great. Cause I need to work on daytime. "As of now I am very disappointed with go cyber shop's service. I ordered an hd advance from them on october 10 for $36.88 including overnite shipping. It was shipped on Oct 13th and I just recieved it today on the 14th. But they charged my credit card twice for the wrong amount. Once for $41.25 and another for $40.63. I emailed them on October 12 and I'm still waiting on a response. Overall my experience is ok except for the overcharge, hopefully they will straighten it out.

It seems the other charge was just a temporary one to check funds. So I was only charged once."

"I'm mostly satisfied. The shipping took an extra business day than anticipated and the tracking system from UPS was a bit wacky, but that's not GoCyberShop's fault. The product (HDLoader with Maxtor 120gb HDD) works great and their customer service was decent enough with fairly quick response time. I think I would buy from GoCyberShop again."

"I placed my order on Sept 13 for an item that the website said was in stock and usually ships overnight. A few days went by and the status of my order remained 'Order Received.' Eventually I emailed their customer service and asked them when the order would be shipped. I got a reply the next day saying the item had been backordered, but they had received a shipment that day and would ship it that day (Sep 16), which they did.
Unfortunately, I never received the order. According to UPS, the driver left it on my front door (whatever happened to having someone sign for deliver), but when I got home, the package was not there. I called them up the next day and they told me I should contact the shipper and tell them to start a tracer to locate the package.
I first contacted GoCyberShop (via email) on Sept. 20 and asked them to do this. Since then, I have sent numerous emails to their accounting department (ALL of which have gone without response). I tried calling them a couple times, but the lady I talked to just said she would "look into it" and never once got back to me. I have to assume they don't really care about my situation and will not contact UPS.
It's pretty clear to me I'm wasting my time and probably won't ever receive my order. I guess I will have to order from somewhere else and dispute this purchase with my credit card company.
In conclusion, this was easily the worst experience I ever had buying something online.

Actually, my comments are quite factual. They tried to have my comments removed by claiming my invoice number didnt exist. Give me a break. I advise you to avoid this company like the plauge...there are many better options out there."

"Wow! I have to admit I was skeptical about the integrity of many of the modchip sites out there. Honestly, I had read many reviews of all the top modchip sites on the net, and I felt that gocybershop.ca would be my best bet because they seemed to communicate and resolve issues with their customers. On 9-22-04 I ordered a hd advance for my ps2 late in the afternoon. I also payed the 8.00 for the ups overnite shipping which I felt was a good deal. I sent payment with paypal and quickly got a confirmation. The following day, 9-23-04 my order was shipped and I got a tracking number for UPS. On 9-24-04 my order arrived around noon, only a little after 24 hours all the way from canada to the southwest united states!!!
Good, quick service and good communication, as well as a good price. Would definatly order from them again.
Only one thing, I had ordered an hdadvance, but I recieved an ORIGIONAL hdloader disc with manual. Which was even better! The disc had a silkscreened label(like audio cd's have when you buy them from a store) and had hdloader ver 1.0 printed into the plastic of the cd. Works great too and I honestly wanted a origional hd loader over an hd advance but was concerned about fake hdloaders that have been floating around.
All together, GREAT experiance, Hd loader works great, put your worries to rest. Will definately order from them again!!
