I had called and got someone on the phone (3 Long Distance calls to Canada!!) who had assured me that they were back-logged and ALL itmes were shipping prior to X-mas.... Then their Website confirmed that the customer service / office was closed till after Jan 5-- but the warehouse was shipping... WHICH THEY DID....
but the uneasy feeling lasted 2 weeks!!!

"They will charge you IMMEDIATELY even when they don't have the item in stock. It can take a couple of weeks before your item ships.
They do have some hard to find items, but my guess is that they don't always have them in stock when they say they do.
I've purchased a few items from them and the same thing has happened a couple of times.

The only thing missing a clear indication of whether an item is in stock or not. They have an indicator of estimated time to shipping.
I ordered an item marked as being usually shipped within 24 hours.
After my order, I was promptly sent a PDF invoice. My credit card was charged the next day.
But after that nothing.
2 weeks later, I emailed them to ask for a status update. I received a reply the next day saying it would ship the same day. I asked for an explanation but they just sent me the tracking number. I got my package soon after.
Although I was kinda miffed that they charged my credit card before actually shipping my order and offered no explanation on the delay, I did get what I ordered. So, no hard complaints especially since this shop sells items usually available only from Hong-Kong. "
"I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions, the last time was just a good as the rest. They have always offered good prices. Some comments have been made that people were waiting for a product - sometimes I have had to wait also, but they are not the manufacturer, only a distributor. I understand they do not have full control over this, others should as well. They have saved me thousands and have always come through. I will continue to do business with them. I have since 1998.
Update - just ordered again on November 4, 2003 and received them on November 5, 2003 - GREAT SERVICE! - are these other people really customers?
I would like to point out that companies like eBay and PayPal are not even listed.. as well, last I looked Amazon.com had a low average - and this is a multi million dollar company. I would take all these comments with a grain of salt, as this looks like mainly a place to slander others when your not happy...
BTW - A customer has posted about GOCYBERSHOP "They will charge you IMMEDIATELY even when they don't have the item in stock"
FYI - the GOCYBERSHOP checkout CLEARLY states "Your credit card will be charged in 'Real Time Processing'", this is at the top of the page, and the submit order button is located at bottom - yes you pay and shortly after your order gets shipped, but remember Santa Clause isn't going to magically come down your chimney after pressing submit, and I am quite certain that elves will not be producing your product.
