"I have ordered and paid for the normal version of "PS2 Silent Hill 2 Saigo no uta", but they delivered the cheap "PS2 Silent Hill 2 Saigo no uta (Konami the best)" cheap version to me that I didn't ordered. I am very frustrated with this as my first shopping experience with them.
The shipping back charge is on the customer, this is totally unfair. Why on earth does the customer have to bear the cost of their fault ?
This store will stay forever in my black list.
Update (19/Sep/03): They received the wrong item on 8/Sep/03 but didn't send me any update until I said I will complain to PayPal, I received a reply on 16/Sep/03, but after that, no more update received whatsoever.
Update (2/Oct/03): They said they will apply for a refund to me with PayPal after I sent them a last warning of complaining to PayPal with the whole e-mail log for what they have done to me. I ended up losing the transaction cost and the shipping back charge by FedEx (the only one shipping company that they said they will accept). Really a bad company to deal with.
Update (9/Oct/03): I was finally refunded the order total on 3/Oct/03. I ended up losing the shipping back charge because of their problem.
Important: Do not let them delay your complain process more than 30 days, as PayPal's buyer complain process guarantee only to 30 days, I have just suffered from this limit. Don't listen to them and just file your complain."

"Ordered item on Apr 10th, 2003. Paid with PayPal (only online payment choice). Said it would be 2-3 weeks (out-of-stock). Then said another few days. Then said another week. I requested a refund. A week later they said it would be a couple of days. Another week later they said they would pass the request on to the Acct department. Another week later still no refund, even though no product was ever shipped. Finally a refund was sent. Total time was two months."

“This customer ordered a japanese game which matched the displayed product, which we shipped.
Customer received game but claimed it was the wrong game and we asked to send back for exchange.
Customer complained to paypal regarding his merchandise.
We received the merchandise back, and issued a FULL refund.”
