"I've shopped with gostrings.com of New York for many years. While they offer some of the lowest prices found online in strings and accessories, I would recommend you spend your money and time elsewhere.

This business practice does not respect their customer and treat all issues relating to product return or defective items with utmost negative attitudes. The manager, Sokol Nikaj in particular offers the rudeness that shames the term "customer service".

It is important for consumers to understand that gostrings state on their page that "All Sales Are Final, No Refunds/Exchanges" is true for defective items as well. Be prepared to be insulted even if a refund is offered in rare circumstances.

Please save yourself the trouble and shop at other online retailers, even at the cost of spending a few dollars more. My students and colleagues also do not shop with gostrings.com
