"I received a bag of espresso that I knew was blended incorrectly. Had no depth, as if the lightest roast of the blend made it into the batch and someone forgot the rest. I wrote a polite email to gocoffeego expressing my thoughts and basically making them aware there could be a problem with one of their roasters. Within 15 minutes I got a call from the owner, who was on vacation in Paris. She was so gracious and GENUINELY cared about the situation. Needless to say with Customer Service like this I am a customer for life. I am writing this for anyone doing their research wondering if they can trust gocoffeego. Based on my experience I would say to you, "absolutely yes!!!""
