"ordered a p226, the thing is scratched up and looks to be used. trying to give me the run around about calling the online number which noone ever answers, will be calling them tomorrow, and it took 2 weeks before i got it."

"So I had ordered a Vodoo tactical rifle case on 12/27/2012. Approximately 2 weeks later I checked my order status for the second time. (The first time it showed im being processed and it showed my shipping information). The whole order was erased it didn't show what I bought or my shipping address, so I called them shortly after. I explained to the person who had answered the phone my situation. He then relayed my problem to the person in charge. The person in charge had him advise me that the item has been waiting to be picked up by UPS for several days and when it is picked up my erased item and shipping address would reappear on there site after I log in.
First of all I never heard of any item or shipping information being erased for any reason. Secondly I've never heard of UPS taking days to pick up an item. I just wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt before I started accusing anyone of wrong doing. So now its been a month I will call Monday and if I don't get anything but a refund I will seek legal action against this establishment. Also being a police officer myself when I say I never heard nor seen anything like this anyone reading my review should take it to heart.

I appreciate the quick response, and I figured you were out of that item because everyone was. My main issue was that the person in charge that day said, even after I specifically asked if the item was in stock, "it's in just waiting on UPS". "

However, it arrived opened, used, and broken, and the accessories promised were either the wrong ones or not there at all. "Order arrived on time, great! However, although web showed availability, an item was backordered. No mention of next steps on backordered item. The additional frustration is that I called the store to understand what I should order and was guided incorrectly. Hey, stuff happens and we remain loyal to Godfather. I do recommend that in the future you either update web inventory or you tell your customer what they can do with backordered items."
