"There were several people issues with my purchase experience: 1) terrible return policy- I made an error ordering the wrong sized item, but the return cost me $180 which I feel is unfair for basically a wrong click in this online ordering age (responsible for the outgoing charge as well as shipping the item back). 2) in the return process, I was never allowed to speak with a manager and was never given a follow up phone call when I was promised several times that someone would get back to me. 3) The return process started 7 weeks ago and still isn’t complete, despite me being on top of communication and responding to their requests in a timely manner. 4) I was quoted in an email one price for the incurred charge for the return, and later told that price was incorrect by $50. I will never do business with this company again."
