"We bought from Goedekers because of a 100 percent customer satisfaction guaranteed. We ended up with Goedekers failing to stand behind this claim. There were numerous problems with a Ladylux Plus kitchen faucet from Groehe, which neither Goedekers, the supplier Goedekers purchased from, or Groehe would stand behind the warranty. Within 9 months we had two issues with the faucet and a totally damaged sink cabinet!!!! No one was willing to own up for responsibility. I will NEVER order from Goedekers again NOR will order a Groehe faucet again!!!!!"

"I'll be honest, I was a bit nervous ordering the appliances for our new home online. I had done some research and several of the companies I came across had very questionable ratings and reviews. I found Goedekers and did some checking and they actually had good reviews. Still nervous, I called and talked with someone just to get a feel for their customer service. I went ahead and ordered 4 appliances for our new home.
They shipped within about a week and arrived in good condition upon initial inspection. We weren't ready to install yet so they stayed at the new house for a couple weeks in boxes. When it was time to install, everything went without a hitch except the microwave had a damaged handle that we hadn't noticed on our initial inspection. I was sure I was going to have to buy a new handle and when I checked, they were $140.00 which is ridiculous that the MFR. would charge that much for a spare part as simple as the handle.
I decided to call Goedekers and see what my options were. The responded quickly within an hour and sent me a new handle no charge. I installed it myself and the microwave looks as good as new. This was a great experience and I saved a lot of money over local retailers or the big box stores. Highly recommended!"
