"When we purchased the refrigerator online on May 12 we were not aware it was on back order. We were told in an email on May 15 that it was on back order. On May 19 and 26 we received more emails from you indicating the refrigerator was still on back order. On June 19 we received an email stating the item was ready to ship. On June 21 you said it had been shipped. This is where we felt the refrigerator fell in a "black hole." After calling you and the delivery company many times the refrigerator was delivered to our home on July 8! It was in great shape and works well. Just wished it didn't take almost 60 days to receive an appliance from your company. "
