The final step to add the feet onto the piece was a little tricky but OK. My husband and I handled it ourselves and got it done in little time.

"The employees were great, and the products are as well. However, my order was supposed to be held a week while I moved cross country. I arrived at my new home to find 1/3rd of my order already at the front door. I discovered later that 2 of the chairs were missing, and after several phone calls, it was determined that they hadn't actually been ordered. They were quickly ordered and shipped to me. A rug I purchased was not delivered for over a month. It was later determined that it arrived to the warehouse on 6/7 or so, but just never got sent to me. After multiple emails back and forth, it was finally located and shipped to me. All in all, I may order again, may not. Again, the employees were very friendly and the furniture is priced well. Hopefully I just had bad luck with the shipping part, and my experience is not the norm. "
