Great first experience

"Was a little nervous buying from so far away. The fridge was on backorder for a month but for the price I was willing to wait. The fridge came the delivery guys were fantastic and I was kept updated weekly about my order. Highly recommend."

Still waiting

"Ordered a dresser, arrived damaged. Reordered same dresser, no delivery. Called two weeks after reorder to be told they didn't process the paperwork correctly (after being on hold for 30 minutes)...not happy"

Goedekers was great - AMD Home Delivery Service was TERRIBLE.

"First delivery was scheduled, but my work schedule changed. I called and cancelled the delivery, and the dispatcher said they would call too reschedule.

Wrong. They delivery guys came, and I wasn't there.

The following week, I hadn't heard from them, so I called. Seems three was a "miscommunication" because delivery was scheduled for that afternoon. I work an hour from my home. They said they would call an hour before arrival, too make it work.

Wrong. They called when they were st my home, and obviously they couldn't wait an hour for me to get there, so delivery was pushed back another week.

The next week they scheduled between 3 and 7. I stayed home to make sure I didn't miss then. Got a message at 5:30 that they were an hour behind schedule. They arrived at 10 PM. No phone calls our anything.

I'm not complaining about the delivery guys - traffic can be bad, deliveries can bee difficult, and I'm sure they out in 15 hour days - but the communication from the people in the office was horrible.

Easy to shop

"Ordered the dining table and received it in 3 weeks based on the promise. The customer service was good. I had instantly cancelled the orders I made for chairs and it took me a few more calls to get the refund back, but it all went well. So, I am satisfied with shopping here.
They don't offer any sort of assembly even if you pay extra. That would have been more convenient since I couldn't assemble the dining table myself and had to call a friend to help me for the table top.
Overall, happy that they have a good customer service with no headache.

Expensive Negative Experience

"My negative experience started with the trucking co. (AM Trucking) and their inability to follow through with scheduled times for delivery and to communicate that status when requested. Over a (5) day period and with the help of (2) Goedeker Customer Service Reps we were unable to get the appliances delivered. On two different scheduled delivery dates the trucking co. was a no show, no call situation. Actually the second scheduled delivery had been arranged through the Goedeker Rep (who also experienced difficulty) and they still didn't show. I gave up... I couldn't take any more and asked for the items to be sent back to Goedeker. That cost me (2) days of wages & nearly $800 shipping for items I never received. Goedeker lost a customer the trucking lost nothing and they were totally at fault."

"The process was easy, the product availability and quality great, but most of all their customer service. Very attentive, responsive and delivers what promises quickly and effectively. We had a piece missing for a chair. we couldn't figure if it was broken or the part wasn't there. we call and the had manufacturer fix the problem quick. "
