"Initially when i found Goedekers i thought i had a company with values and great pricing i could do business with. I ordered a 48" Broan outdoor range hood and 3" wall spacer in May and was told at that time it would be 15 days to two weeks. Wasnt thrilled with the wait but ordered it. After a month i called them asking about my hood, told the hood was in stock but the spacer was back ordered, i said ship the hood now! They said both had to be shipped together and the spacer was still on back order, i cancelled the spacer last Thursday so the hood could ship. I went to Amazon bout the spacer and have received it.

My hood however has not shipped yet!!!

I believe they delay orders to use the revenue from sales to stay afloat. What other option is there for delaying orders?

My order was originally placed on May 23rd, today after promise after promise of a delivery i am told that when they went to pick up my product their order at the supplier was cancelled (perhaps they never placed it or they owe money). So today July 5th they cant promise a ship date and stated that it could be two more weeks. I asked to speak to a manager but they would not speak to me.

I can accept one mistake , but not several. I think this company has resorted to fraud as a money making method."
