"I ordered a cooktop and double oven. The cooktop came in about a week with UPS. The double oven took about three weeks buy truck. I was not in a hurry so no big problem. The prices were unbeatable. The one area where improvement is needed is tracking and communication. I am retired so being home was not a problem. On both shipments I got just one day's notice of when they would arrive. I had to request a tracking number for UPS and the trucking company gave me one call the day before. The workers were good and put the oven where I asked. "

"Horrible service, utterly dishonest. After making me go through the financing they came back and changed the price of the item in my shopping cart for nearly $200 more! Glad that I caught it early enough. Manager John reacted as this is something very usual for them and tried to convince me by saying that paying $200 more is not much of a "big deal" since financing got approved! What a joke. Well, I decided not to ever "deal" with this questionable company since what they did at this stage shows such lack of character, dishonesty and incompetence on their part. You will need consistent honesty, long term reliable service along the way when it comes to purchasing a pricy appliance. For that reason I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will do business with a well established national store instead and sleep better knowing I can relay on good services of a honorable company."

"The delivery time was quite long, similar to merchandise on back-order. Once I received the shoe closet and assembled it, it looked beautiful. One problem, the holes for the legs weren't pre-drilled. This involved a lot of extra time and effort. There are also a few scratches. The company should really include some sort of furniture touch-up pen. Other than that, I am happy."
