"Saw $1000 table on the internet. Called. Sales rep said absolutely he had it. Paid for it credit card over phone plus $99 white glove shipping. It was a lie. 2 weeks letter got an email saying they dont have it and canceled order. Still waiting for refund 2+ weeks later. Horrible. Paid interest on my credit card money already. They say they are a Christian organization. Christians should not lie.

I trusted them so after I ordered the table, I went ahead and bought my matching chairs from another Furniture company and got them delivered. Now I had chairs with no matching table. Luckily I was able to get a different table to match, and note that the other company called before taking my order to confirm that it was in stock.

Buyer beware of Goedekers online. Horrible experience.

purchased a complete top of the line maytag appliance set when I remodeled my kitchen ,at the one year point my refrigerator quit and I have been a month (through all the holidays)waiting for the parts .I have gotten nothing but the run around that because I didn't buy a extended warranty they would fix it on a good deed type deal and reimburse my a grand total of $35 ..!!my wife and I have a 6 month old baby in the house and for one month have been unable to refrigerate our food waiting for parts and service ..the part is not in stock maytag says still.. I spent over $3000 for the refrigerator alone and asked if they could replace the unit as this unit is apparently a lemon.. I bought this because it was American made and a 10 year warranty on the compressor I am very let down and only ask for a new unit as I thought I was buying top of the line equipment ..am I wrong ? Does whirlpool not stand behind it's top of the line equipment more then a year ?

"I have ordered appliances twice from Goedeckers....and both transactions went fairly smooth.
The delivery man forgot to give my daughter the dryer duct that was ordered.
She called the shipper and they said they'll call back. She did that 2 days in a row, and I finally called Goedeckers. The customer service rep immediately called the shipper, and came back to tell me they will UPS it to my daughter. She had it in 2 or 3 days.
Appliances were delivered in pristine condition. We saved quite a bit of money buying from Goedeckers. "
