"I have read many bad reviews on Goedeckers. I do not if I am the exception or I was lucky, but I can tell you my experience was excellent. I actually ordered my LG dishwasher through Discount Bandit, and I got Goedeckers as the retailer to process my order. I saved over $300 and the experience was very pleasant. I think the you have to set the right expectation when dealing with Geodeckers, first it will take time to ship your order. Mine took 1 month from placement or order to deliver. The dishwasher brand new and in excellent condition. AM trucking was very helpful, they even offered to put the box in my kitchen.

I e-mailed Goedockers about two and half weeks after placing the order. I got a response within 8 hours. The e-mail exchange was great between Alyssia and me.

Overall excellent transaction, as long as you set the correct expectation. I would buy from them again. "

Finally received a call that delivery would occur 5/14 between 5-9pm. I drove 2.5 hours to meet the delivery. No show. Still cannot get delivery details over a week later. Needs serious escalation to fix. Cannot recommend Goedeckers based on this experience. "
