"Placed order 7/1/24 received 7/23/24.
Asked numerous times (emails) for status updates. Never received a confirmation (s)of my request with info that tracking number would be provided to track. Never got it.
Communication was less than par, thank goodness for the price and quality of glasses. Future recommendations: Have to factor in 3-4 weeks for all orders. FYI: this is not my first order, have ordered at least 4 xs.
