Excellent website, inexpensive glasses, just like the promotion says

"I received a few advertisements indicating very low prices for some glasses and thought I'd take a look. Since my son needed some new glasses, I figured I'd give them a try. The price after configuration was very low and when we received the glasses, my son was delighted. I just now placed a second order for a pair of glasses for myself, and the price is amazing compared to my optometrist. I will be coming back to Goggles4U whenever anyone in my family needs glasses. The price is amazing, and the glasses are wonderful. Great website with amazing prices."

Where is my order?

"I had used Goggles 4u before and was happy with them, but this time I ordered my glasses one month ago and I have no idea where they are. When I contact customer service I always get t the same answer - that I'll be notified when USPS receives the package. Maybe they'll read this review and make an attempt to find.y glasses."

The best in house optition alternative

"simple and easy to upload your prescription once you have it on paper, taking a picture works, inputting all data on its own works, multiple different options upon every item and none are irrelevant choices, would and have highly recommended this site, only hiccup ive ever had is you wont be able to reset your password if youre not from the US, the way the password reset link works is it bugs out if youre international, so, keep your password."

Haven't received my product this time yet - all other times shipping was well over the stated time 14-21 working days

"I've not received my product yet, but all my interactions with their customer service have been frustrating to say the least. I'm trying to be kind - and put myself in their shoes - after all - they are just a call center for customer service. The company should train their call center people to not 'give canned answers' and to try a little harder to not sound condescending or like they are 'placating' you just to get you off the phone. I paid for rush delivery, and so have called every couple days from the time I SHOULD HAVE received an email saying my glasses had been received at the US shipping center (from Thailand, in case you're wondering). I was told by email they were shipped from their overseas plant on July 19 and that the entire time it should have taken for me to get my glasses was 12-14 working days. I'm now at 23 working days - and its Friday night - so Monday will be 24 working days and over 30 days since I ordered and paid for rush shipping. Earlier this week on Wednesday I was told I would be hearing from them within 2-4 days - so I HOPE to hear on Monday - that my order shipped from their LA warehouse - and who knows how long that will be. THIS IS NOT THE 1st TIME I've had difficulty with shipping - but I still ordered from them - and adjusted my expectations - and knew to pay for the upgraded shipping. WRONG - just because you pay for it doesn't mean you'll get that. This is the 3rd time I've paid for rush shipping and not gotten it - they do refund all shipping costs - and the prices on the glasses are good - and when they make a mistake - which has happened to me - they do re-do the order - and ship it out - again waiting on shipping is the biggest problem. This time in particular has been brutal on me as I really need the glasses sooner than later as my current pair (2 1/2 yrs old now) is starting to delaminate the coating on the right eye in the center and makes it difficult to see most things clearly - and its my only pair. (Not from this company - from Zenni). I SUGGEST if you do order from them - purchase frames from within their '2 day shipping' selection and you will likely get them in a timely manner - limited selection and styles - but good pricing.

waited 2 weeks for glasses with the WRONG script. Tried to edit my account now and can't -- unless u are ordering more.
