"My daughter who loves to swim but needs her glasses.. was having trouble with her eyes adjusting after a long practice. These googles were a life saver. Yes, they take a long time to come in (they are manufacturing them from a perscription), but they are good quality and work well.
The reason I write this review is that about 16 months after we recieved her googles, one of the clasps broke (as a swim mom, I fully undertand what clorine plus plastic does when combined for over a year). I contacted googles n more and less than 10 hours later, they had sent me the link to purchase new clasps for her googles (her googles were no longer under warranty). I fully expected that it would take a week or so to just hear back from the company so I was super impressed with their response time. I don't normally write reviews... but searched out to find a place to comment on their customer service. "

"DO NOT purchase from this site!!!! I paid for the fastest shipping. I was given a “shipped” date, but I never received any tracking information. I called customer service who explained that it has NOT shipped and was sitting in a warehouse. So they are redefining the word “shipped” to mean “printed a shipping label and storing it until we feel like sending it but we are keeping the high fees we charge to say we’re shipping out quickly.” Bot an honest complaint. Stay clear of them!!!"

"I have ordered goggles online from various places before but this is by far the best experience I have had. I was informed I have selected the wrong options on my order based on my prescription and have over-paid. They then refunded the difference back to me.

The goggles were priced below my expectations, had arrived promptly, are well made and spot on with the prescription. My son loves them! Will definitely order from them again."

"HORRIBLE!!! This company is a joke! Don't use! I ordered a pair of prescription goggles ($128) but after ordering I realized that 45 days to get to me was not going to work. I called their customer service department the next day and they explained my reasoning. They understood and stated my would was cancelled. The next day I get an email stating they can not cancel my order because they already started production! THEY DID NOT TELL ME THIS OVER THE PHONE. And that I can only get a 50% refund! How is it that they already started production within 48 hours and that it would take up to 45 days to get to me.

There was nothing on the order or website stating that you can not cancel once you order (within 24 hours) and that you will only get reimbursed 50%!!!!

The worst part - THEY LIED!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer Service lied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
