"I ordered a PCI-X eSATA card last week (Monday afternoon, 4:30pm) from Gogofan.com because they had the lowest price. The same day I ordered an enclosure from Other World Computing. I recv'd my enclosure Thursday morning. The card has yet to arrive. I checked my order status on gogofan.com and it says "Processing". I called their toll free number and got a outgoing message with a chinese guy with an obvious accent asking you to use the website for questions or orders. RED FLAG. I called during regular business hours, left my number and no callback yet. As far as I can tell they have not shipped my item. They promise 3 day FedEx. Well, so much for that promise. Now i see someone hasn't recv'd their item for 29 days, and that the owner is leaving his company positive reviews on this website to manipulate the rating - I wonder if I should just call Visa now to remove the charge. BUYER BEWARE.

***UPDATE*** Turns out "Processing" means "Shipped". I recv'd my item in perfect working order on Tuesday, just three business days later than the item from OWC. Turns out the only thing that did NOT go as promised was the shipping method. When I made my order it said "FedEx" but it was sent USPS. Also they never called me back, but on Monday I caslled after noon and was able to speak with a real person who told me the day the item had been shipped. Overall I am happy with this transaction and recant my "BUYER BEWARE" remark. This seems to be a trustworthy seller and I WOULD do business with them again. Good product, excellent price."

I originally purchased wrong item, and immediately noticed my mistake, although first email wasn't answered before I got antsy- I then put a call in and got a live person who was very helpful and quickly put it right and the correct part was delivered super fast. Really can't believe how fast they got it out to me on the other side of the country! I order from a lot of great rated vendors and although you get a tracking number, it only says the PO received electronic notice, not the item. These guys really get it out the door when you order!
