"King size beds order. I bought two beds for my teenage sons. The delivery was fine but within one week, the bed base had sagged on both beds and the mattresses were both buckled.

I arranged for these to be returned. This was in February and I was told that they would be collected for return on the 17th March. The collection did not happen. Then they said they could not collect due to lockdown. After lockdown, and many emails later we are now in August and still no sign of a collection or refund. I have lost count of the number of emails that have been sent and the few that have been received back. You cannot talk to anyone so you I am left with writing reviews and sending these to GoGroopie in the hope that it will spur them into action. I will never use them ever again and highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.

I now have two king size beds in my garage which I cannot use."

Parcel was a 5 day delivery, purchased 02nd Novwmber 2019. NOW December 2019 and still waiting, nothing. THEIR seller refuaes to communicate and gogroopie still havent refunded it or done anything but sent a couple of emails to the seller who ignores them. STILL though they allow this company to use their services. One check of other comments re this seller and its ALL bad, Cowboys, never deliver.

Gogroopie have ahown zero Customer Service or Care. They are ultimately responsible for those they allow to use their services.

Never wver again gogroopie instead will use Wish who are the complete opposite and BRILLIANT at taking care of customers."
