"I purchased a $250 flashlight and paid an extra $10 for 2 business days shipping. Well a full week went by and hadn’t received a shipping confirmation so i sent 2 emails asking if my order was out of stock or whats going on? Never got a response but 2 days later i finally get a shipping confirmation! Said it will be here in 4 days! What happened to the 2 day shipping i paid $10 for? I’ve bought things at GoingGear before and never had any problems but now just look at the reviews including mine!! Last time they get my business!"

I want to cancel order after products did not ship 6 days after order so I can order elsewhere. I do not even know if it is in stock, they would not answer my question if it is in stock in an email. "I have been using this store for almost a year. They answer detailed and technical questions about flashlights and accessories and do not pressure you to buy. They just give an informed answer and guide you toward what you need even if they do not carry it.
They carry some high quality and high dollar flashlights but offer competitive pricing with the fastest shipping I have ever used. As fellow flashoholics know, explaining a two hundred dollar flashlight to your spouse is like explaining why you have lipstick on your collar and a wad of 1$ bills in your pocket.
After shopping on numerous web sites and even the value Amazon and EBay you just cannot beat the peace of mind of great customer service for before AND after the sale.
Now if my wife would just believe I shop for flashlights and not lap dances all would be right."
"I recently ordered an UltraTac K18 1x AAA 360 Lumens CREE XP-G2 LED Polished Stainless Steel Keychain Flashlight, received it in a short amount of time, and quickly realized that it was going to be the right choice for my daily pocket carry. There was a problem with the rubber switch cover being torn though. I emailed GoingGear expecting a lengthy and complicated returns/warranty problem, but was very happy to receive an email the next day informing me that a replacement light was on its way along with a prepaid shipping label to return the first light. WOW! Other retailers oughta try this approach to create loyal customers. I'll definitely be ordering from GoingGear again. The problem will be choosing from their amazing selection!"
" In December 2015 I had a small order in with Going Gear and, through no fault of their own, it went missing in the US mails and never reached me in Australia. After prompt communication and help from Going Gear we were able to establish that the shipment had gone missing. Going Gear didn't hesitate in sending the same shipment to me with no further cost to me. Below is the message I sent to Going Gear. I have received no inducement to write this and I have no business connection with them.
The replacement items for that order of mine that went MIA have arrived safely. I just want to say that ever since Don 'Sootch' first pointed me toward Going Gear over three years ago I've had nothing but the very best in customer service and quality products. You genuinely care about your customers and that's why I'll always come back to Going Gear even for some items I can get in Australia as well as those I can't. Why? Because of your great prices and fair shipping costs to my country; but the real draw card is how you go that extra yard for your clients.

"I ordered a CRKT Obake 2367 from GoingGear.com. The shipment arrived quite fast, but the item was faulty. Upon notifying GG.com about the issue they sent me a replacement without any hassle. The new item arrived shortly after and they didn't require me to send them the defective item.
All-in-all: Perfect! This is how a business keeps their customers through the ups and downs and as I am a firm believer in doing the right thing I wanted to give them this big thanks and two thumbs up! "

"Bad business practices. It seems they sell products, collect payment for products, give confirmation of order for the products, then cancel the order because they don't actually have the product. Don't rely on them to actually have the product you are purchasing. Or for them to offer any kind of solution for selling you a product they don't actually have. There are a lot of online retailers selling the same things. I know I will be looking else ware in the future and wont be "going" to get my "gear" from this fraudulent retailer ever again. "
