"I bought a watch from them. I paid for Priorty Mail and they decided not to ship to my PO Box and shipped it FedEx 12 days later to my unoccupied address. The item arrived and was not in a watch box, had no instructions, had no warranty, came with nothing, just a watch in the shipping box and that was it. Will not and never did respond to any emails. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I looked at the phone number on the box that was shipped to me, It came from a company called Jeffrey Inc, ***-***-**** That turns out to be Kenmar Watches.

UPDATE: Still three weeks later no response, PalPay refused to refund my money since the item was delivered. Amazing the whole scam, you sell a used item, pay with PayPal, drop ship it from someone else who send a used item and PayPal who is just as bad refuses to allow you to file a claim. The merchant never returned one email, Kenmar Watches blamed it on Goldduo.com saying we told them it was used. Kenmar refused to accept it back. And to top it off, PayPal refused to even investigate since the item was delivered.
