"Hi, after 2 months of dealing with what calls their self a “small unincorporated business” (which means someone that calls their self a business but isn’t paying any taxes) I have gotten fed up and turned it over to my credit card bank to charge back.
Let be begin with if a merchant does not perform as they should or flat out rips you off, call the number on the back of your card and find out how to dispute the charge. In my case this “merchant” promised 2 refunds and provided transaction receipts so it won’t take anything for mine to see that I need my money back. Depending on how you were handled thing can take more time and info.
Here is how my experience went, nothing went as promise.
I ordered back around May 11th (2 saliva plants, healthy) and was promised a shipping date of May 28, and no notification of when it would, after I complained I was given a rude answer to be patient that they would ship out on July 11th…. Guess what no such a thing ever happened, no here is where I should have just charged it back and told the bank “the merchant never sent what I paid for” and it wouldn’t take no time at all to have the funds back, however I am more than fair so I waited and waited. Now on their site it says they ship on Monday/Tuesdays so it gets there quick, well that was another lie, Then finally they gave me a tracking number but guess what it was one of those where they just printed a shipping label but never mailed it out, 3 days later I fussed about it and on that Friday they mailed it out…. The next Monday I did get them, it was sorry what I got! I need to add that I was suppose to get a free saliva plant for my troubles, I got 2 sticks with no leaves (what a joke huh?) The 2 plants I did pay for that were suppose to be “healthy” were sick and stunned, it was ridiculous. After complaining and talking to this persons “multiple characters” he “Jerry” agreed to a refund and even sending more plants, which I declined the plants this place was more than annoying to fool with so I just wanted to wash my hands of them and be done. But a here I am almost 3 weeks later and have yet to see any refund, so on last Friday (7.20) I filled for a charge back and provided the 2 supposed refunds he sent, which a merchant can always void a refund before they submit a batch at the end of the business day. During all this complain I was called a “thief” and told to go take the refund and eat at mcdonalds and just those type of childish things one doesn’t care for when dealing with what are suppose to be other adults.
To keep it short, this person will lie like a dog and treat you worse, save your time and money and check another vendor. If you do get your order, it will be 2 months late and SICKLY, LOOK OUT!"
