"When I placed my order for 1,000 DVD's, I sent them all artwork and received a quote and an expected delivery date. After multiple phone calls and emails per day, more harrassment than I could possibly ever have imagined, it took them twice as long to get it done and they refulsed to ship it to me without my paying an additional 24%! I lodged a formal complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Ohio. I cannot possibly give a supplier a worse reveiw. This is simply my opinion based on my experience. "
