"Goldenbridge has been great to me, I have never had an issue before. The only time I had to wait longer than usual was for Chinese New Year. Even then they had a posting on top stating they would be on vacation, so at least I was aware. The items come from China so its understandable by it may delay a shipment but its worth the wait for the amazing prices they have. I've been doing business for months now and I give them Five stars overall."

"RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!

I placed an order for about 50 items and had not heard back from the company regarding my order. I emailed them, nothing. Payment wasn't pulled from my acct. Contacted them by email again and finally received an email back saying to try and reorder, they had no record of me paying for the purchase but they did have an order. Had a bad feeling but I went ahead and placed the order again. BIG MISTAKE! 2 days after I place the order I receive an email back saying

"sorry about the new order,we will ship it out later because some items are out of stock now
hope you will not mind
we will inform you once we ship it out"

Of course I mind! I immediately email them back and request my money back for items not in stock (should of told me that in the first place since they had my order) and to notify me exactly what will come, how long and how much delivery will be. No response. Emailed again and said I was contacting paypal. I received this back almost immediately

I had already opened a file with Paypal. Thank goodness I paid using Paypal. According to an email I received from Paypal this morning, a full refund has been given by the company. Although, the original purchase transaction just appeared on my account today (2 weeks after I orginally placed it) and now I have to wait to see the refund applied. So frustrating. I will NEVER EVER consider using this company again, regardless of how Cheap they are.

"We ordered the 250GB hardrive for XBOX 360 and recieved in less than 2 wks. The box was damaged but the product its self was in excellent condition. NOT TO MENTION.... in the US this product would cost us $150, we only paid approx $60 (thats including shipping). In our oppinion it was well worth it! "This company is a disaster. First of all, their products are fake, not really made by Sony or whoever they claim it is made by, even though the products say Sony. This is one of those companies that buys cheap impressions for dirt and then sells them for what seems to be cheap but is really a ridiculous price for the piece of crap you'll be getting. I got a Ps3 controller from them which arrived broken. Upon making a complaint to their "customer service," I was told that I can pay for shipping if I want them to "fix" the controller. Shipping is incredibly slow, good luck getting any response from them after you pay. This is the same one of those Chinese companies that manufactured fake breast milk and killed the babies. BUYER BEWARE!!! Never doing business with this company again."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! The live chat does not work and their email is down, there is no way to communicate with this company if you have problems. No Customer Service! I made an order from them and paid for EMS shipping which according to them takes 4-7 Days to arrive and after 7 Days they had yet to even ship the order. Tried contacting them with no response, had to dispute with Paypal and after asking for a refund they decided to respond to Paypal saying they had already shipped the items. Took 2 weeks to arrive after that and the items they sent where not the ones I ordered because the original ones were out of stock now. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!"

"Last year i would have had a great reveiw of goldenbridge as i have been buying from them for a while, but sadly not any more,they seem to have become busier, and have gotten rid of live chat as there is never anyone online,the shipping has become slower, and in nearly every order i have placed in the last few months there has been someting not working, or items becoming faulty within 1-2 months, they also said their dhl shiping would be cheaper, however it is more expensive, time for me to look for a new supplier!"

"I just want to put a few scare stories to bed. I had ordered twice (electronic spares) from this supplier (based in the notorious Futian District of China, not HK) I took a risk as I have researched elsewhere and read of many horror scam stories. I have received the parcels via DHL (in 3 days!!) without any issues, the only wrong item was a 50p screwdriver! These were $400 plus orders. I am very happy with the service, I had used DealX before and it took a month to arrive so was pleasantly surprised by GoldenB. p.s. "i ordered a PS3 DUALSHOCK SIXAXIS controller. it came NEW legit Sony packaging. i opened it and charged it up. worked great until my scores started falling, i realized the R1 and R2 buttons, as well as the X button weren't as sensitive, click 3 times and it might have worked ONCE. i don't think they are a bad company or have bad products, i might have just got a lemon. I'm contacting them now about a return or exchange. we'll see how that goes. "

"On Nov. 13th, I ordered 3 items from goldenbridge and payed with paypal. Although on the order page, an essential item is hidden from view on mac browsers so I had to start up Parallels and run a virtual windows xp to place the order. I got an email on the 16th saying that the no longer had 2 of the things I had ordered in stock. They wanted to know if I still wanted them to ship the other item and keep the rest as store credit for me. (This email contained maybe 6 different fonts and colors.) I replied 6 hours later, asking them to send the one item and give me back the rest of the money. No reply. No change of the order on their site. I filed a dispute with Paypal on the 17th. Today, the 19th, they responded to the dispute and closed the case by fully refunding my money, with a very nice apologetic statement attached.

So to sum it up, they sound like very nice people but considering it's a wholesale site and I ordered 3 things, I probably wasn't a high priority. So all I can give this company is a neutral review. At least it's a review though. There was nothing written about this company anywhere so I thought I'd contribute."
