I lived near by and expected I would have to pick it up to receive it in time. I called make sure the item was in stock and was pleasantly surprised to discover that it could be delivered faster than I could make time to get there! Tracking information was provided almost instantaneously.

I placed the order on Monday at 2:30 PM and received it on Tuesday at 3:30 PM. Wow! Can't get better than that! Absolutely EXCELLENT!!!!"

Things don't always go perfectly under the best of conditions but I believe the truest test of an organization is how they respond to problems.
