Then they email me a day later and state that the irons I purchased should not have been listed under the sale. They stated they would refund my money back to paypal. Now I have to wait 3-4 days to get my money back because the idiots at Paypal want to hang onto the money until it clears the bank. "After spending over $500 over the course of 1 year, Golf Etail left me high and dry with unacceptable service from the owner Carol. I paid using PayPal and didn't realize it auto-inserted the incorrect shipping address. When I realized this and let Golf eTail know, they said it was "too late" it had already shipped. I let them know that I haven't lived at that address for over 10 years. They assured me that they would not "leave me high and dry." They hoped the receiver would refuse the package and ship it back to them. That never happened. I contacted Golf eTail again and their tune changed drastically. They said, "we did our part and shipped it to the address you provided" and besides "we sold out of this Adidas shorts already." I was outraged by this lack of service. First of all, Jacob told me, " don't worry we will take care of you" but that was a outright lie unless he meant they were going to screw me over. Carol, the owner was even worse. She showed no empathy nor did she show that she valued me as a customer. I took myself off their email list and I will never buy anything from them again. I would recommend other consumers to beware of this company that is focused on the bottom line instead of the customer."
"I won a rescue club from Golfetail on ebay. Days after I piad for it they called and said they didn't have it so they wouldn't be shipping it to me. At the same time as I won this one they had several for auction on EbAY . I feel they thought they sold this item to cheap and decided not to honor their auction price after I paid for it. Now I only have two of the three to make a set that I wanted. BEWARE of of this seller! WAITING FOR REFUND! That might be another story! Will UPDATE!"
