"I spoke with a CS rep concerning sizing of Foot Joy versus Sketchers golf shoes. He said they would be the same size. The Sketchers were a 1/2 to 1 size smaller. I returned the Sketchers and ten days later I have not received my credit. On Saturday CS told me I would my credit card would be credited by Wednesday. I checked with CS on Wed and Thur and I was told the credit was being processed. It is Friday and still no credit. I am contacting my credit card company today and reporting them. "

The don't communicate unless you bug them and when they do, they let you know you are a nuisance. And good luck with returns. "I recently ordered two pair of shoes from Golf Shoes Only that were shipped Fed Ex Ground. Per the Fed Ex tracking information, the driver left the shoes at our door as we were not in the office at the time of delivery on a Friday afternoon. Apparenntly someone picked up the shoes prior to our returning to the office on Monday. I contacted Cindy Williams in the customer service department at Golf Shoes Only who promptly contacted Fed Ex to file a claim. Cindy did an excellent job of keeping me advised of the status of the claim with Fed Ex and called me this morning to advise a replacement shipment was being sent today. Golf Shoes Only's customer service and Cindy Williams in particular are "WORLD CLASS". Thanks to Cindy and Golf Shoes Only for the smooth and efficient manner this issue was resolved.

I purchased a pair of golf shoes from Golfshoesonly.com only to find that the shoes did not fit. I have made many shoe purchases on the internet and never had a problem fitting into size 9 1/2. This pair happened to be too tight so I returned them.
They offered me free shipping but a return had to be paid for out of my pocket. I figured this was fair enough HOWEVER when I received credit for my purchase they deducted $14 for the initial shipment out to me. So basically, I was out $25 (their $14 shipping charge and my $11 shipment back to them) for a pair of shoes that I no longer had.
I think their return policy should be re-thought and if they have a special for free shipping that they should be the ones eating the shipping charge NOT me. Well after several phone calls and emails to them I could not convince them otherwise. So I will do never order from them again and stick with well known sites like zappos.com, shoebuy.com, endless.com, 6pm.com, and amazon.com. "
