"I can say that I purchased the bag & travel bag w/wheels for my husband's birthday which we are celebrating this weekend. I had the items shipped to my In-laws to keep the gift/items as a surprise! I have not seen the products yet so cannot comment on their quality at this point. I can say that I AM disappointed that one item arrived -- without the other. However, the day b/4 it arrived I received an email message asking me to call you right away that there was a problem with one of the items I ordered. It did not say which one! So I promptly called -- NO ANSWER, left a message. Called AGAIN the next day WITHIN the PST zone hours left ANOTHER message & still received no email or telephone call. It really bothered me as I had no idea if the items were unavailable, on back order or what! THAT is NOT good customer service (to leave a message like that & not return my calls). Then a few days later my Mother In-law calls & says ONE THIN LONG box arrived! We still did not know what was enclosed! So I called AGAIN -- no return of my call. The next day the other package arrived. Who knows what my husband is going to be opening on Sunday! I guess I will keep you informed.
