"Sent in what I wanted for my balls, and they emailed back that they would not print what I had wanted, which was nothing bad at all…do not recommend them at all, freedom of speech is essential and they are definitely anti"

Poor packaging, bad customer service

"Ordered 4 dozen balls and cap. Cap jammed in box with balls. Sent email and pics to customer service, they said it looked ok. Brim is bent, cap flat, it's trash. They suggested I give it to a friend. $30 mistake that won't be repeated. Will shop elsewhere from now on."

Tried buying golf balls and got treated like garbage!

"I spent about an hr trying to buy customized golf balls off their site. Had several dozen in the golf cart and than kept getting error messages when trying to buy. Kept trying even opened new windows. I than went into live chat with someone and got told to "Wait a minute" than I got told they were busy but would get back to me shortly. If I couldn't wait to leave a message elsewhere. I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes than had chat ended by them. Apperently they do not know what customer service is, nor do they seem to want my hard earned money. Off to someone else."

Terrible customer service

"I ordered golf balls for a Christmas gift and 15 day after I “purchased” the balls I got an email saying my card was declined. FIFTEEN DAYS after I “bought” them and 5 days before Christmas they tell me this. So I email and they are no help and then I call and get no answer so I leave a very clear and detailed message and no response. I would not shop here again. I’ve had nothing but issues with making my account to the order to loading the website and talking to people. "

"Place my order on AUG 16, 2019 On Aug 21st order is still not filled (Five days so far) Did live chat and was assured by Ashton that my items were out for delivery. Came home and still nothing.
Once this order has been completed I will never use them again.

Unbelievably Arrogant

" I purchased a cart/staff bag from this website about a year and a half ago. The bag wasn’t on any type of particular sale so I paid full price for it. I use a bag it couple times a week when I either ride or push while playing golf. The internal system that separates the clubs has some dividers and one of them broke. I contacted the company and they informed me that they could not honor the warranty nor could they find a replacement part, but they were so gracious as to offer to sell me another bag. Why in the world would I buy another product from a company that can’t honor the manufactures warranty on the product which is two years? I will not buy from this company again And I recommend that you don’t either."

Terrible Customer Service

"I ordered gloves and balls. It took them 5 days to tell me the gloves I ordered were no longer in stock. I immediately asked if my balls had been shipped and of course they hadn't. (I needed them for a tournament) They promised to express ship and of course that was a lie. I'm not going to get them for at least another week. Very dishonest and deceptive business practices.

2 weeks late and no follow up from you guys. What remedy do you offer?
Lane: Titleist is having production delays on their end so that is the reason for the delay on their end. the balls ship directly from there as well and the other items ship from us so that is why you have received everything but the balls to this point
i do not see any attempts from you to communicate to us. how were you attempting to do so?

you never notified me that it will be late until I reached out to you
2 weeks late is BS and wont earn a favorable review unless you can do something to make good at this point. Seems fair if you value happy customers and reviews etc...

Lane: the delay is not because of us and we have been in constant contact w Titleist about this and both us and them are doing all we can to get these order expedited and sent to our customers
there is unfortrunately nothing we can do on our end besides stay in contact with Titleist and make sure they are pushing these order through
Me: wrong. you could have notified me or followed up but you didnt. You can pressure titlist to make good. lots of options for you but all I see is passing the blame and no cust sertv ice.

Lane: Titleist does not discount or give away merchandise unfortauntely and we were just informaed of this delay. we have been reaching out to customers but we can reach out to all of them at once. it takes a little time to complete

"I ordered a dozen personalized golf balls (Taylormade Aeroburner Soft) with a first and last name on them. I received them today via USPS and they're exactly what I wanted! The writing is small and could be bigger, but it works and looks great.
After about a week, I checked the shipping status online and it still said processing payment. I emailed the company and received a reply within minutes saying that they were being printed that day and would be shipped. Altogether, it took 10 days from when I ordered them to when I received them, but it was 3 days sooner than the expected delivery date.
There was also a card in the box saying that to "guarantee the longest life" for the product, they recommend waiting until December 31st to use the golf balls (about a month). It shouldn't be a problem now since it's winter, but if you order personalized golf balls keep that in mind.
The cost wasn't that much more for a personalized product, either.
I don't even play golf, but I'm definitely going to order from them again!

"100% satisfaction guaranteed, absolutely! I ordered several dozen logo golf balls. A production problem caused several dozen balls to be printed with defective logos. I took photos of the defective logos and sent them to Anna, my sales representative at Golfballs.com. She arranged free FedEx pick-up for returning the defective balls. More importantly, she began the process to determine the cause of production problem, verified it was corrected and placed an order for replacement balls to be printed. Prior to shipping the replacements to me, Anna verified the replacement golfballs were in spec.

In business mistakes happen. What's more important to me are three things: A company backs-up their guarantee, they find out what caused the mistake and they take the necessary corrective action to ensure the mistake does not happen again. Golfballs.com has done just that.
