I paid for this service on 1/6/2021. We're almost into April and not only have I not been able to get the PC replaced, but they are still trying to only cover $2000 of the damage. Maybe their other services are good, but for computer shipping do not use them. This has been a huge time sink and I've lost a really nice PC in the process."
