"I purchase a lot of goods via the Internet and my experiences have been mixed. However, I have to say purchasing from GoodMart was a pleasure. When I had a question about my order I called the number on the website, which was quickly answered by a saleperson named John Belfrey. No only did John answer my question but was able to advise me how I could save some money. He also was able to expedite my order which I greatly appreciated. Then, after my order was received I realized I needed to purchase additional items and emailed John with my order and he even called me to ensure that I was ordering the correct item. I wished all website vendors were this accommodating."
"I had a need for a large quantity of CFL bulbs and socket extenders so they would fit in my existing fixtures. GoodMart had what I needed in stock, and approx 1 week after my order, I had them in hand and ready to replace my existing incandecent bulbs for a tremondous erergy savings for our building. GoodMart handled my order cleanly, effecently, and quickly."
"Worst company on the internet. It took 3 weeks for them to ship an incomplete order. They offer 0% communication with the customer. No tracking information. After several calls and emails they promise results, but give none. After more than 90 days they still haven't corrected the problem. The person I spoke to in customer service didn't even understand the product they are selling. I had to give them an itemized list of missing parts.
Thank you, Max, for your prompt response to this problem, and for taking customer service and reseller ratings seriously. I hope you did some "cleaning" in the customer service department, or at least let some persons know that they are expendable. With your help the matter was resolved within a few weeks."
"Low-cost leader, re-packaging was good, but original OEM pack allowed for damage in two of twelve bulbs purchased. Goodmart made good on all damage without the hassle of RMAs, photos, etc. Great price and service for relative convenience of online shopping."

"I was told my email on Jan 28, 2011 they would process credit. They have not replied to my emails I sent last week or this week. Looks like I will be contacting credit card company.
Buyer beware!!!!!!! Ordered ballasts that according their paperwork was shipped out right away. Waited three weeks before they were shipped, even after several requests for tracking number. Then the incorrect ones were shipped. They issued RMA but would not call or reply my inquiries for proper ballast shipment. This is the worst customer service I have ever received."
"This is the first time I ever shopped with GoodMart and it was a very good experience. I was searching for some bulbs (candelabra style) for the dining room in my apartment. They always are hard to find and I started searching online. I found a few places that had them, but for some reason the shipping was ridiculous for these things. I finally came across GoodMart. The items were very well priced, easy to find on the site, and the shipping was very reasonable. It took next to no time to process, got my shipping number a day or two later and got what I needed.
