"Had a price mistake on the product. Was prompt in cancelling order and refunding money. Did not hold on to money like others had feared. "
"I ordered a hard drive from this company and I recieve it only to find out it's referbished and it's defective! Basically I was sold a brand new hard drive and I was sent a referbished hard drive. I checked the serial number on maxtor's site(which was on a sticker added on by 3gplaza I think) and there was no record found. When I tried to look up the REAL serial number printed on the drive by maxtor, it was out of warranty?! How can it be out of warranty?! I just got the thing. Oh thats right, they sell parts as new and send referbished/defective hard drives! This company is a fruad and I don't know how a business like this based in America could still be operating.
It's also a pain in the ass to get an RMA number, it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my RMA number yet! And to even try and get an RMA I had to call in to RMA support and even then they don't know very much English. If you need something, don't buy from here."
"Bad communication and poor advertising!
After 8 days I had to call the company and ask where my order was, and why I had not herd form them. I was then told that my order was on back order and would not be in for at least two weeks. This is contrary to their advertisement on pricewatch.com that stated that the item was in stock. "
"I ordered a monitor (BenQ FP767) from this company and they failed to respond to calls or emails. I tried to check my order Online only to find that they wouldn't let me do that Either. Because of the urgency of this purchase I needed Immeadeate responce which they didn't provide. and therefore forced to cancel my order and go somewhere else."
