This is the worst online site I've used in years.

"Not until I emailed did they inform me that some of my ordered items were not available. Then it took three emails to confirm that they should cancel the items they could not get. In the mean time they are sitting on the one part I needed from the order. I think they had that part in hand when I sent the first email.
So to make sure the part gets to me in time for the weekend, I called on the phone. After being on hold for a minute or two, the guy that answered the phone gives me some nonsense about the guy in shipping is in the bathroom. Of course by now I'm cussing a bit, and from the other end of the phone I get "Please don't talk like that, I'm trying to help you." Like he doesn't get why I'm upset.
If they got my direction correct they should overnight the package to me. I don't have a high amount of confidence that I will see it tomorrow. And the refund of the charges for parts I canceled, who knows.
