"The worst place ever to buy a dress from.
I've recieved fully defected wedding dress what doesn't have anything similar showed on theirs photos.
After i asked for a full refund, they all time pushed that size of dress is right and it made based on measures what i sent to them.
They just ignored that DRESS WAS IN A VERY POOR QUALITY, they just answered again and again that size is ok, but then the best was

So finally they refund to me just the price of dress and veil what I returned. They didn't refund any shipping costs, so delivery both ways costed me almost 100,- GBP. And finally if you will check their return policy, you will see "Quality Issues:

1. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective against described including style error, color error, damaged or mis-shipped items, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees. "

And if you will wish to get a refund you will get an answer like I got, that they are doing refunds just in a case of wrong size or colour .

I decided to order a dress from goodgoodschina, and though I was a bit apprehensive of ordering online, the entire process has been wonderful. I went into a bridal shop before ordering to get measured, and, after submitting the measurements, I later found that the stylist who measured me gave me the wrong measurement! "The dress I ordered did not look like the designer picture and was too revealing for my teenage daughter. I sent it back for a full refund and never received my refund. I checked the customs number and it was attempted to deliver on Oct. 30th 2011. I have nothing else I can do from here in the USA. So now I am out the full amount of the dress, plus shipping. I have emailed them several times and now there is no response from them. So I am out 129.00 plus shipping both ways. Please be warned everyone else. Here is an update to my posting. This has gotten the response I wanted and I have received my full refund today 1-16-2012. They have even offered a $20.00 discount on my next order. I am glad this was resolved to my satisfaction after 3 months. The company told me they have problems with mail in China."
