"Very quick delivery, and well packaged, but the wrong item! I sent several emails asking if they could send the correct item or did they want to refund me. No replies, so the wrong item was returned. Another 2 emails, and still no reply and no refund. Disgraceful service, so I certainly won't be using them again!"

"Dear Good Stall - I ordered on Sunday, realised I ordered one product wrong. I have sent an email to enquire about the correct item (which was out of stock at the time). However I have not heard back at all. I even tried to call your customer services 4 times - each time no answer. I have left a message on the answer phone and no one has come back to me.

What is extra annoying is I can see the correct item showing in stock on their website now. Maybe they might read this an offer a free exchange.

Please invest in staff that can deal with phone and email enquiries promptly as this would really gain you loyal customers and new business!

The delivery was quicker than expected - but 2 of the transistors were not packaged correctly and the pins were quite bent on arrival.
