Ripped off $255.34

"I got to the venue at Five Point Amphitheatre and was told my ticket were used already. The employee ended up letting us in and I get To my seats and someone else had hard copies of my tickets. The concert, Scorpians, was sold out so we had to stand on the far side a the stage the whole time. I was told by the venue that they couldn’t do anything because I bougot my tickets from a third party vendor. Now I see on the website it says I’m supposed to have proof from the venue that my tickets we sold twice. Nobody who worked there would do anything about it. The customer service number is disconnected. Don’t use this site unless you want to be humiliated but someone else having real tickets for your seats. "
