"We ordered 3 tickets from them for the Book of Morman. A few days before the show they called and said they could not deliver the tickets and refunded out money. Except, we had already purchased a 4th ticket from another site. They tried to help us re-book but similar tickets were ~$100 more than we had originally paid. They would not even waive their own fees for us to re-book. They did nothing to help us resolve the situation and now we are out over $100 for the single ticket we cannot use."

"I purchased two tickets to see the Jersey Boys in Seattle. I paid $565.00 for the tickets. They arrived today and have a value of $100.00. I called customer service and they said that is the chance you take! Not in my world! I am livid and will fight this to the bitter end. I will NOT pay $565.00 for two tickets and then receive tickets worth $100.00. This is a rip off or better yet a big scam! I have already contacted my Credit Card company and will be disputing these charges! So much for my husbands Christmas present!"

"I purchased a ticket for the SF ballet and they charged $24 plus $15 FedEx fee. Although I feel that the service fee is a bit high, I understand the need of a service fee. But beware of the shipping fee.
There was no way to just download and print out the tickets so they charged me $15. I thought I would receive a professionally printed ticket but it was just a print-out of the e-ticket. When I called them to ask for it, the customer service rep just mentioned that they need to charge $15 to send e-tickets through FedEx because of a supplier constraint and they were unable to provide a refund. They claim to be a cheap source of tickets but you may end up paying more through "Service fees" and "shipping fees" of e-tickets. A single ticket costed me $90 and it was not even discounted from the original price. I paid around $40 in additional fees (a surcharge of 44%). Bottom line, buyer beware.

"Should change their name to "Crapseattickets.com. Don't order from these people. I ordered tickets and got a confirmation for Rihanna's concert. I paid over $300 for two tickets, but was happy to pay it because the seats were in a good section and it was going to be my daughter's first concert. I got an email a week after my order telling me they couldn't give me the seats I ordered and tried to move me to the nosebleed section. I got a refund and won't be able to go to the concert now. I will never order from them again!!!"

"I just ordered 4 tickets to Radio City Christmas Spectacular and was very!!!! nervous using a reseller. Well, within 5 minutes I had a email with the seat numbers (I did pick the Section and Row but the seat # wasn't an option). Very happy when the email arrived with seat #!. Then, immediately after that I got an email from Fedex about tracking the delivery. Wow. I saved a total of $100 from what I would have paid via Ticketmaster! Very happy about that! As for the reviews on "delivery charges", from my experience unless you select US mail (which I would never do for a concert/show tickets), you always pay a delivery charge. As for the charge per ticket, it was still less that TicketMaster. So when the tickets comes, I will be sure to update but as of right now, I am thrilled.
Finally, I rarely write reviews! But when I saw all the bummed reviewed, I had to add a positive experience so far!

"THEY GAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO A TELLEMARKETER WHO CALLED ME EVERY DAY 3 TIMES A DAY FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS. WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK TO ASK THEM TO STOP CALLING ME, THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD # AND HAD ALREADY SIGN ME UP FOR STUFF I HAD NEVER ASKED FOR. THEY HAD ACCESS TO ALL MY PRIVATE INFORMATION! I WILL NEVER USE THIS WEB CITE AGIN. I DO NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE ELS. THIS IS NOT OK!"

"I was highly disappointed by the price of the ticket. I recently purchase a ticket for an event at Wolftrap and they jacked up the price 50% more the regular price. I ended up paying $42.00 where I could have paid $25.00 for general admission. It was totally my fault for assuming I could have gotten a better price.
In addition the delivery system (E-ticket) was slow. I didn't get the link to print the ticket until the next day after my purchase. This is very inefficient way of doing business.
I would never use this website again.

"I will NEVER purchase tickets from this company again. I called to make sure the tickets I was purchasing were not limited or obstructed view seats. They said they were not because they are required to disclose that. I received my tickets and they were clearly marked obstructed view. I had to call them 5 times, get my credit card company involved and ended up talking to the seller directly myself that they get the tickets from since they would not help me. This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Terrible customer service. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!"
