The only suggestion I might have is the ability to divide the tickets into different blocks for the same order number. for example the last hockey game I bought tickets for I had to split it up into two order numbers to buy 12 tickets. I would prefer to have one order number with option to split the 12 tickets at my option. (ie 3 groups of 4 or 6 groups of 2 or 2 groups of 6)

In addition, why can you get some tickets electronically and others have to be sent by courier?

"I would highly recommend Goodseattickets.com. The process was user friendly and very fast to use. The seats were 6 rows from the stage and were very close to face value. My kids will never forget their first concert and being so close. I bought them online 4 days before the concert (b4 the weekend) very late in the evening and didnt think there would b any good seats available. Most of the seats were very good - floor seats.
