They claim that the third party whom they get the tickets from is responsible for any discrepancies and they are only a non- responsible middleperson. They surely make money off the transaction so I dont believe they can claim they are not a party to concert tickets that were misrepresented. We paid over 200 dollars for tickets at the hollywood bowl that had a face value of 19.00 printed on them along with the words"obstructed view". This was not stated anywhere during the transaction and only discovered when we will-called the tickets.The tickets were not clearly represented as bad seats. The Theatre House Manager warned us to not purchase tickets from these type of brokers in the future. We wrote to Good Seat tickets and they took zero responsibilty. Their site says they guarantee good seats as part of their motto. Our friends purchased tickets on line shortly before the concert and got good seats for less. So much for the lowest price guarantee."

"It was as advertised. The delivery of the purchased tickets were quick and easy. The only issue is that I thought the tickets would be discounted off of face value. Instead I still paid over 30% more than face value. So where is the savings? Also I think it should tell you what the seat numbers are before you buy. It would be nice to see what seats you are buying in case you have a disability like I do. Getting into the middle of a row is difficult for me. I was hoping to get end of the row seats."

The website is very easy to use and prices are cheaper than any similar website I checked out, especially considering my time crunch situation. Got confirmation email immediately. Tickets were emailed to me the next day (saved $15-25 on shipping right there). I had no problem at the gate at all (I used laser printer to print the tickets).I saw a few reviews were people had problems with scans on tickets and was a little nervous.
