Credit Card Fraud

"My CC was used to try to purchase $200 in gift cards. My card was refunded $0.10 from GoodyBeads.com. Contacted them and they said it was their vendor. Asked them to contact me once they have more information. They have not reached back and it has been over 2 weeks."

I agree with the 1 star reviews

"I totally agree. Some of their item descriptions are not correct. Once I ordered some glass beads and when they arrived, they were made out of acrylic! They were horribly rough around the edges. In the same order, I received some black ones, and these ones were definitely made out of glass, I was excited to use them, but by a few months later, they started to break really easily without any force. Goody beads is not good."

No Longer a Good Seller

"This used to be one of my go-to bead shopping sites. No more. Their quality and handling of orders have gone way down. They will sell you items that aren't in stock, and then notify you AFTER the rest of the order has shipped. No opportunity to cancel, change other items in the order, etc. If you like to plan a project and then buy everything you need for it, DO NOT shop with Goody Beads. You'll only get part of your order, with no idea when or if the remaining materials are ever back in stock. If you complain, you get no response."

"I ordered a bunch of stuff to get started with metal stamping. I chose Goodybeads because their prices and shipping were slightly more reasonable than other online retailers and I wanted to get it in time to make some Christmas gifts. Super happy that it all came in under 2 weeks and everything in perfect condition. I ordered 3 metal stamping sets, a hammering block, a hammer, some stamping blanks, jewelry boxes, enamel and other random things. Everything is great and I have already had lots of fun metal stamping! They even threw in a few glass beads as a thank you. I could not be more pleased with my first experience.
